（八打靈再也14日訊）大馬獨立新聞中心（CIJ）執行董事瓦特斯拉指出，該中心嚴厲譴責警方調查那些支持“#CodeBlackMY”和“#BlackMondayMY”運動的醫生和醫務人員。   他說，此舉無疑是對醫生的一種恐嚇，他們只是發表現有的系統無法保護他們的看法而已。   他發文告說，大約有1萬5000名醫務人員對這項在社交媒體發起的運動表示支持。   他說，#CodeBlackMY運動進行了12天，之後發起的#BlackMondayMY則於7月12日舉行，醫生穿上黑衣表達支持。   “大馬醫藥協會（MMA）主席蘇巴馬廉呼籲有關當局不要騷擾支持上述運動的醫生和醫務人員，他們對合約醫生的不平等待遇表示支持而已，CIJ也表示認同。”   他說，聯邦憲法第10條文闡明，每一名國民享有結社、和平集會和推動言論自由的基本權益，而這些醫生只是行使他們的基本權益，反抗和表達不同的意見。   “無論是聯邦憲法還是國際人權宣言，尋求及交換意見、看法和資訊可以讓民眾建立本身的看法，也允許人民有不同的看法和立場，尤其是關於公眾利益的課題，以便推動良好施政和打造一個負責任的國家。”   他指出，任何對行使權益的限制必須合法且有必要，或者符合公共秩序、道德和國家安全的利益。   “我們與這些醫生及主辦單位站在同一陣線，支持#CodeBlackMY、#BlackMondayMY、#saveMYcontractHCW、#HartalDoktorKontrak等要求合約醫生受到平等待遇的運動。”   他說，CIJ呼籲有關當局立刻停止騷擾和恐嚇支持這些運動的醫生，他們的心聲應該被聆聽及公開。   他指出，政府應該保障和尊重醫生和醫務專才的權益，讓他們表達看法，尤其是在我國醫療系統因為冠病疫情而面對龐大壓力的時候。   Source: Guang Ming
